ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Activities of type 05 (Activity Sequence Reversal) are displaying on the activity screens as regular active activities, although you cannot expand to view the details (fields, math, accounting, etc).
Workaround is to update status of type = 05 activities to pending shadow.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OIPA should prevent policies with active activities from being deleted via the reversal (user or system initiated) of the activity that generated it via Create Policy.
