'Total Retail' Value is Shown as Zero For Certain Transactions (Doc ID 2665437.1)

Symptoms

For all transactions having sub-transaction as OrderInitiate (ORDINT), OrderComplete (ORDCMP), OrderCancel (ORDCAN), OrderPartial (ORDPAR), and item status as Order Initiate (ORI), Order Cancel (ORC), Order Complete (ORD), the Total Retail value is shown as 0 even though the total tender amounts are calculated correctly.

Steps to recreate:
 1. Go to Tasks >> Operations >> Manage Transactions.
 2. Enter the transaction (with item status in ORI, ORD, ORC).
 3. Notice that the 'Total Retail' value is 0 for the Item.
