Symptoms
On : 2.3.0.2.0 version,
When targeting an event from the work agenda and loading it into the viewer, this java.lang.NullPointerException error appears in the java console and only the targeted device loads. None of the attached circuit conductor and devices load.

java.lang.NullPointerException: null
To get the rest of the circuit or substation to load after you target the device, you have to unload the maps in the viewer and then highlight that line again on the workagenda and target the device again. On the second load the full substation schematic or circuit will load.
