ASL Settlement Frequency Override When Changing the SSL Pricing Rule (Doc ID 2665550.1)

Symptoms

On RMB v2.7.0.1.0, ASL Settlement Frequency is overridden when updating the SSL pricing rule.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
Parent SSL pricing update is incorrectly updating its child pricing rule value.
ASL Settlement Frequency is override when changing the SSL pricing rule
When the ASL Settlement frequency is Manual and the Parent SSL pricing rule is updated, the ASL frequency becomes Immediate.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
Pricing rule updates must be exclusive. Any pricing rule dependencies must raise a warning or error if it will affect child relationships.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In ASL Pricing Rule, set Settlement Frequency as "Manually (At Required Intervals)
2. Parent SSL – Underwriter Review flag is NO
3. Change Underwriter Review flag to YES
4. Settlement Frequency updates to Immediately (which is not expected)
