INPUT_TOO_LARGE Error Sent From SIM When More Than 200 Items In A Suspend/Retrieve Sale in Xstore POS

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to perform a suspend/retrieve transaction with 200 + line items in Xstore POS, INPUT_TOO_LARGE validation error is sent back from SIM in the response.
Steps to Reproduce:
Xstore POS is integrated with SIM via webservice
1. Create a sale transaction with 250 line items and suspend in Xstore.
2. Retrieve the suspended transaction in Xstore POS.
3. User unable to complete transaction due to an error.
