Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Web DMS

Fault Location Isolation Service Restoration (FLISR) should ignore unmapped Fault Targets present in SCADA tables when FLISR_IGNORE_MISSING_FI is set.

The model does not have fault targets or any kind of Fault Indicators present on  feeder head breakers for most of the model. For these Scada Devices, they have fault targets present in the NMS SCADA tables but with a quality code of "u" indicating that these points are not present or mapped to any SCADA point.  In the current functionality, FLISR only ignores missing Fault Indicators when these points are absent in the SCADA tables and not showing up in the SCADA Summary.

It is expected:
FLISR should check the "u" quality on these points and ignore them if the "FLISR_IGNORE_MISSING_FI" is set to YES even if they are present in the Scada tables.
