After a temporary gateway disruption, user attempts to resubmit an ICSR from Axway


This results in the error message shown below:

03-Apr-2020 03:33:24 AM BMS : Status is missing from ESM_EDI_STATUS_LKUP table for edi_status_type = 'OUTBOUND' and
edi_status_type_cd = Messaging.Message.Interrupted edi_type_cd = CYCLONE
