Symptoms

Issue:

There is the (Japan) Periodic reports which has already been generated. However, this report does not populate in (menu) Reports > Compliance > Periodic.

 

Steps:

1. Go to Reports > Compliance > Periodic.
2. The report (status is "Generated") does not populate
