Crew goes out of Range on CDI although the crew is working actively on device

The CDI starts showing Crew as "Out of Range" although the crew has reported they are actively working on the device, they have picking up new activities and completing them.
In few cases, the crew has found that app is showing "Network Disconnected".
In almost every case there is no inbound message received from the device to the server and all the outbound messages are queued.

The app is running on iPAD, so the MWMApp folder cant' be uploaded
