Client Role Screen displays the same roles duplicated many times. When opening the Client Role Screen on a client with policy roles, there appears to be more roles than really exist in the database. This is confusing for OIPA users and may make it more difficult to locate a particular role. This is caused by OIPA users being on multiple security groups with access to the client role screen. The number of times each role is repeated is equal to the number of such security groups. The only workaround that can be implemented is to create a single security group to allow access to that screen and assign it to all users that require that access, but creating the security groups based on OIPA functionality instead of Business roles makes the security management much more difficult and prone to errors.

Regardless of how many security groups giving access to the Client Role Screen a user is assigned to, each role should appear only once on the Client Role Screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create more than one security groups with access to the client role screen.
2. Assign one user to more than one security group from those created above.
3.  Sign in as that user and open the Client Role Screen for a client with at least one policy role.
4. Observe that the roles appear multiple times: exactly as many times as the number of security groups with access to the client role screen for that user.
