OFSAA 8.0.5 Offline Migration Fails in SSO With "Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL" Error

Symptoms
On OFSAAI 8.0.5.3, currently trying to migrate an object from one environment to another in OFSAA. Same patches are applied on both the environments. Using the offline migration utility. Have used this utility in lower environments before and it worked fine but in prod environment getting following error in migration.log:

VALIDATE_CERTIFICATE :N
[ExportImportMetadata] : Error in Export/Import Metadata javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: Failed to access the WSDL at: https:<URL>:443/<CONTEXT>/offlineMigration?wsdl. It failed with:
Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL: https:<URL>:443/<CONTEXT>/offlineMigration?wsdl
Same issue occurs for offline object migration export and import of any object from this instance.
