Adjustment Filter Screen Does Not Translate Sub-bucket When SIM Installed in Spanish Locale (Doc ID 2666639.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to filter an inventory adjustment, the screen shows the sub-bucket reason in English when user locale is in Spanish.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. User locale is set to Spanish/Mexico in OID
2. Open Inventory adjustment screen
3. Click on Filter button
4. Click on Sub-Bucket Listbox and notice that the Sub-bucket reasons are not translated.
