On : 12.2.4 version, DM-Gen

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Demantra Managed Server taking too long to startup, it is taking almost 1:15 - 1:30 Hrs to start up the managed server.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To start up in around 10 mins

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Demantra 12.2.4
2. Clone the schema
3. Start demantra application on weblogic server.
