Single Sign-on (SSO) Is Failing In Documaker Interactive Accessing The Document Tab (Doc ID 2666832.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.6 version, Enterprise Edition

Accessing Documaker Interactive (DI) iwith SSO configured, the application allows the user to see My Assignment tab without being challenged to log in. However, when the user edits the transaction the following error appears in the document tab window.


ERROR
-----------------------
oracle.adf.controller.ControllerException: ADFC-10001: Cannot instantiate class 'oracle.documaker.idocumaker.uiview.beans.ComposeBean'.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Turn on SSO
2. Go to the my assignments screen
3. Click on the Documents Tab

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit transactions with SSO turned on.
