How To Create List Of Values (LOV) For Event Type (Level 1 and Level 2) In Products > Incident Information (Doc ID 2666893.1)

Goal

For device products, in Argus Safety > Products > Incident Information there exists a section titled "Incident Information". 

Creating a row results in two of the fields (Event Type Level 1 and Event Type Level 2) which require an entry via a defined List of Values (LOV). Currently no information is available when the LOV icon is clicked.

How are these LOV created and associated with their respective fields?
