Unable To Remove "Service-Information" AVP In Response

Symptoms
Network does not want "Service-Information" in the response. When deleting the same from handlePostOCS, It is getting deleted, but later on after coming out from handlePostOCS , it is getting added in the final response.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After getting deleted as per customization, it should be added again in the response.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customize handlePostOCS to delete "Service-Information" from the response.
2. Pass the request. It get deleted the Attribute-Value Pairs (AVP) as per customization, but it got added later in the final response which is Credit-Control Answer (CCA).
