Creation Of DSD Receipt Against a PO Fails With Numeric Overflow Error (Doc ID 2667610.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) , Creation of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) receipt against a Purchase Order (PO) fails with numeric overflow error.

Error:

ERROR [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'][o.r.s.s.d.d.VendorDeliveryOracleDao] Error executing count statement: select ID, STORE_ID, SUPPLIER_ID, STATUS, PURCHASE_ORDER_ID, ASN_ID, EXPECTED_DATE, CREATE_DATE, UPDATE_DATE, RECEIVED_DATE, INVOICE_ID, INVOICE_DATE, CREATE_USER, CUST_ORDER_ID, FUL_ORD_EXTERNAL_ID, ORIGIN_TYPE, CARRIER_ENTITY, CARRIER_TYPE, CARRIER_CODE, COUNTRY_CODE, SOURCE_ADDRESS, LICENSE_PLATE, FREIGHT_ID, CURRENCY_CODE, INVOICE_COST_VALUE, RECEIVED_USER, UPDATE_USER, BOL_EXTERNAL_ID from DSD WHERE DSD.STORE_ID = ? Steps To Recreate:

  1. Create a PO in Retail Merchandising System(RMS).
  2. Make sure the PO created in step 1 reached SIM.
  3. Create a DSD receipt against PO and confirm.
  4. Try to create another DSD receipt for same PO and notice that the above error is reported.
