SOStatusCre Message Fails in RMS With "Creation and modification messages for a Stock Order should not come in a single sostatus record" Error (Doc ID 2667669.1)

Symptoms

While adding new items or modifying existing items in Transfer Shipment, Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) sends SOStatus message with both create and modification status and the SOStatusCre message fails in the Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Subscriber.

ERROR

Creation and modification messages for a Stock Order should not come in a single sostatus record

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create a new transfer shipment with one container and one item and click Save button. Notice that SOStatus with 'CR' message is published to RMS.
2. Open the transfer shipment, open the container, add another item and change the quantity of the first item. Notice that SI SOStatus message for the old item and CR SOStatus message for the new item are published.
3. The SOStatusCre message fails in RMS with the "Creation and modification messages for a Stock Order should not come in a single sostatus record" error.
