"Xml File Does Not Conform to the Xsd" Error While Running MigrateBRMPricing to Migrate Pricing Data (Doc ID 2667708.1)

Symptoms

On a fresh installed environment running Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12 PS2, Pricing Design Center (PDC) 12 PS2 having Pipeline Manager as rating engine, an error occurs when running MigrateBRMPricing utility in order to migrate pricing data.

The command executed is: "./MigrateBRMPricing -pricing"

The bellow error is reported in migration log when work item "MIGRATE_PRODUCT" from the PRODUCT job is executed:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. configure environment running BRM12PS2, PDC12PS2 having Pipeline Manager as rating engine
2. go to $PDC_BRM_HOME/apps/bin
3. execute "./MigrateBRMPricing -pricing"
