ALLOC_HEADER.CLOSE_DATE Is Not Getting Updated When The Allocation Status Becomes "A" (Doc ID 2667970.1)

ALLOC_HEADER.CLOSE_DATE is not getting updated when the allocation status becomes 'A'.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create Purchase Order.
2. Create Allocation for 2 Stores.
3. Ship and receive to one of the store A.
4. Execute batch docclose.
5. Ship and receive to another store B.
6. Observe that the allocation is in status 'A' and the CLOSE_DATE field will be filled.
