Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version:

Model errors of "Nominal Voltage 0" on the substation fuses

Project is seeing model errors indicating missing nominal voltage on some fuses in the substations which are connected only on one side to a conductor and dangling on the other side. Power Flow is solving for most of them with the same connectivity except a few handful which are throwing the model error of "Nominal Voltage has a value of 0, it must be greater than 0".
