Incorrect Transaction Year Presented In EPR GUI (Doc ID 2669152.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index 4.0.2.2 version, Master Index Main Component

While searching for transaction in the Transaction screen, using the following parameter:

From Date: 29/12/2019  To Date:  29/12/2019 

The transactions dates were presented as  29/12/2020, 30/12/2020 and 31/12/2020 in EPR transaction history.
The database date of these records are 29/12/2019, 31/12/2019 and 31/12/2019.
There is no record  returned for 12/2020.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Logon to OHMPI

2. Click on Transaction Tab

3. Enter the following parameter:

     From Date: 29/12/2019 To Date: 29/12/2019

The records returned was presented with transaction dates as 29/12/2020, 30/12/2020 and 31/12/2020 in EPR transaction history.
