Case should not be Included in JPSR Form 3-4 and ReSD Form 10-11 if Product is Deleted in Case (Doc ID 2669170.1)

JPSR form 3-4 / ReSD Form 10-11 report is scheduled for a time frame on a particular product.
After that this product is deleted from the case and report is submitted to PMDA.
But when JPSR form 3-4 / ReSD Form 10-11 is generated for next period, the case is still included in previous period.
