Symptoms

When attempting to cancel the Part Quality Plan Change
the following error occurs.

ERROR

In Java client:
Failed to load class oracle.jdbc.OracleDatabase Exception
and in Web client:
ORA-00936: missing expression


STEPS

1. Log into Web client
2. Try to chance Change to Cancel status
