CUG Rating Not Working In ECE For Account Level Profile (Doc ID 2669783.1)

Goal

On : 11.3.0.8.0 version, Rating business logic

It is noticed that profile analysis is not happening in ECE(Elastic Charging Engine) for account level profiles. below are the steps followed -

1) profile Attribute Specification OFFER_ERA_ACC was created.
2) CAR(Customer Account Record) was created. This same CAR is used in the pricing configuration.
3) Below flist was used to create the /profile/acc_extrating on account of both the services i.e. GSM and PSTN.

This issue is observed when calls are made from PSTN service to GSM service.
