Unable to Add Attachments With Error:"Your Preferred File Manager Is Not Accessible. Please Contact the System Administrator" After Configuring SAML Configuration (Doc ID 2670029.1)

Symptoms

File Manager connection shows fine. But when clicking on Add button it throws below error:

ERROR

Preferred File Manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable SAML 2.0
2. Restart File Manager, and File Manager configuration page status looks fine
3. Login to Web Client, and add file. Gets error
