Symptoms

On FTP 8.0.6 version, FTP Process with multiple instrument tables in Source Selection takes a long time to execute when "Portfolio Table" Data Filter is used.

The process initiates but remains in "Processing" state for more than 20 hours until it gets killed.

For the same process, when the "Portfolio Table" filter is replaced with an instrument table filter (like legal_entity_id, maturity_date from FSI_D_TERM_DEPOSITS), the process executes successfully.

When running FTP process with single table instrument as source and portfolio filter, it completes quickly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Run similar FTP process with multiple instrument tables in Source selection and Portfolio data filter.

2. Notice the processing time.
