Symptoms

rplext batch which does ROQ calculation and distribution for Item/Locs replenished from supplier, fails with following error:

Error: rplext~20200509053512~EXEC_SQL_T~@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("RMS"."REPL_RESULTS"."DUE_IND")@2CORESVC_REPL_EXT_SQL.PERSIST_DATA::INSERT_4

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup replenishment data.
2. Run rplext batch.
3. Notice it fails with above error.
