Symptoms

User are not able to delete Allocation Rules from the Allocation Specification screen.  You select the rule and click the delete button.  You confirm you want to delete the Allocation.  However, when the confirmation screen disappears, the Allocation remains in the Allocation Specification screen.

You find the following error in the pftapp.log in the Web Server's OFSAA logs directory:

[16-05-20 20:51:02 PM] ~ INFO ~ PFT ~ error occurred during batching: ORA-02292: integrity constraint (<ATOMIC USER>.FK_FSI_SQL_HINTS_OPTIONS) violated - child record found

java.sql.BatchUpdateException: error occurred during batching: ORA-02292: integrity constraint (<ATOMIC USER>.FK_FSI_SQL_HINTS_OPTIONS) violated - child record found

The error appears to cause the deletion of the Allocation to fail.
