Symptoms

After moving the Oracle Database to a new server, the PFT, FTP, and ALM applications are still writing to the database on the original server.  Allocations, FTP and ALM Processes are all outputting to the original server.

You updated the .profile, web server data sources, DynamicServices.xml, and ran the PortC utility.

However, the processes are still writing results to the old database.
