Fails to Log into Web Client on SAML 2.0 + Okta Integrated Environment after Enabling Web Proxy (Doc ID 2671220.1)

Symptoms

After enabling proxy so that Web Client can be accessed through proxy URL on the SAML2.0 + okta integrated environment, fails to login to Web Client with below error

Not found

The requested URL /saml2/sp/acs/post was not found on this server



Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable proxy for Agile Web Client by referring to Note:1265792.1
2. Log into WebLogic admin console, and correct the SAML 2.0 + okta integration configuration to use proxy URL
3. Remove /Agile/* from Redirect URIs per instruction in Note:2644594.1
4. Access to Web Client via proxy URL
5. Log into Web Client
7. Gets error
