How To Set PTO Top Model Line To Correct Warehouse (Doc ID 2671488.1)

Goal

We are having issue with a new warehouse coming online where parts will be setup in it that are also available in the current warehouse.
We would like to use ATP collection / Sourcing rules to drive the correct warehouse where the part will be picked from.
Users will be selecting options that drive down to the part to order.
When configurator returns we are able to get the part line to assign to the correct warehouse based on sourcing to Org B
--- However the top model line is staying at warehouse code ORg A 300 (original warehouse that was set when we enter the top model line).

We are now seeing that scheduling is not working correctly because the top model line is still set to Org A instead of Org B.

How can we get the PTO top model line to update to the lower level item line with the correct warehouse?
