Goal
When Patient-->Patient Details--> Date of Birth is entered as a partial day within the UI, in the database PAT_DOB_PARTIAL.CASE_PAT_INFO is reflected as '15-JUN-2001'
Why are we seeing prefix 15-JUN by default for PAT_DOB column if partial dates are entered in Argus?
