Error While Running APAYCRET on RMB 2.8.0.0.0 for Missing COBOL wrapper (Doc ID 2672016.1)

On RMB v2.8.0.0.0, Error while running APAYCRET.

We are facing following error while creating Auto Payment in our 2.8 environment.
It seems we are missing a patch similar to the one released on 2.6.0.1:
- <Patch 30324840>: THERE IS NO COBOL WRAPPER CLASS FOR ALGORITHM SPOT 'APAM'

Please let us know the corresponding patch that was forward ported to 2.8.0.0.0 from 2.6.0.1.
