Goal

Q1: How is Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) creating event poid? There is no such value in poid cache. How are poids getting reserved in Billing Revenue Management (BRM) for item through brm_gateway?

Q2: Is there any possible way to see poid range for event from query.sh? 
      For example: for item_poid, is it possible to run the query  select * from PoidId? Or is there anything similar available to check how much range is reserved for event poid?

Q3: Is there anything available to check how much range is reserved for event poid?
