Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

View collapses when Filters are applied or cleared.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

View stays expanded after applying or clearing the Filter.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Expend any View.
2. Apply any Filter to a View.
3. All rows are collapsed.
