Symptoms

There is a failure in the Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) function fm_utils_publish_send_to_ece due to NULL pointer exception from the Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) function getUnusedDefaultBalOfferProfiles, during the attempt to publish the event "DeleteGroupSharingDiscounts" via the emGateway.
