PRs created via RR does NOT populate the value to Description
a. Adjust the Stock Inventory to trigger the Reorder Review
b. Run the batch Process - W1-RR,W1-SID AND W1-BSRR
c. A PR is created for the Stock Item
d. Navigate to the Line Item of this PR. Notice, both description and Detailed Description is NULL
