Symptoms

The customer has moved from a working XAI integration to IWS.  Since the move, services called with a null dateTime value fail with the error (1016, 11011), "Cannot parse input message with XSD Date time for REST call: 'CM-service'Text '' could not be parsed at index 0" numParm="1" parm1="Text" could not be parsed at index 0".
