Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After disabling TLS 1.0 - 1.1 - 1.2 on the P6 Professional workstations, users are no longer able to successfully login when using a Microsoft SQL Server database.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users to be able to successfully login to P6 Professional.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Disable all TLS on the workstation.
2. Attempt to login to P6 Professional.
3. The user will get the 'Unable to connect to the database' message.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to P6 Professional.
Changes
TLS was completely disabled on the client workstations.
