P6 Professional is Unable to Connect to the Database After TLS is Disabled on the Workstations (Doc ID 2672830.1)

After disabling TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 on the P6 Professional workstations, users are no longer able to successfully login when using a Microsoft SQL Server database.


Users to be able to successfully login to P6 Professional.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Disable all TLS on the workstation.
  2. Attempt to login to P6 Professional.
  3. The user will get the 'Unable to connect to the database' message.


 TLS was completely disabled on the client workstations.
