Unable To Establish Secure LDAP Connection Using Custom Connection Handler Extending From LDAPConnection (Doc ID 2672907.1)

Goal

 We are facing issues while connecting securely to LDAP. We have extended our connection handler from LDAPConnection and we are using super.connect() method to connect to LDAP network(server). Below is the error received while communicating with LDAP.

ASAP Logs:

The error suggests that there is authentication issue but network team has confirmed that the connection is successful but the request they are receiving at their end is in plain text format rather than an encrypted form, hence they are responding with this error.
