LDAP Users on Active Directory Fail to Login to Agile (Doc ID 2673033.1)

LDAP users are unable to login to Agile with below error


Invalid username or password


After running Acollect, see error like below in Acollect Advisor


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Java Client as admin user
  2. Configure LDAP
  3. Preview, and confirm the LDAP users are previewed successfully
  4. Login to WebLogic admin console, and configure LDAP
  5. Restart Agile Application Server
  6. Login to Web Client as LDAP user, gets error
  7. Run Acollect by referring to Note:1518524.1
