Korean Characters Are Not Displayed when Printing a Record to PDF (Doc ID 2673134.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Korean characters are not shown when printing a record to PDF.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Korean characters should be displayed in the PDF.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Project > User mode > Daily Reports.
  3. Print the record to an HTML file.
  4. Observe that the Korean characters display correctly.
  5. Print the record to PDF.
  6. Observe that the Korean characters do not display.
