Symptoms

Partial receipt of an Order with Allocations does not respect the defined location distribution ratio between two Virtual Warehouses (VWHs).

Steps to Reproduce

A) Set the DISTRIBUTION_RULE in INV_MOVE_UNIT_OPTIONS table to PRORAT.
B) Create an Order with an Item and two VWHs (distribution ratio 7:3);
  a. The Item on the VWH 1 with 700 units;
  b. The item on the VWH 2 with 300 units;
  c. After the Order creation, notice the tables, ORDHEAD, ORDSKU, ORDLOC.

C) Integrate into RMS an Allocation linked with the Order created, but the allocation with VWH 1 Order Item and the Item Order quantities of 700 units to be distributed 500 units to two stores (250 and 250) and 200 units to be kept inside of the VWH 1.
  a. After the Allocation integration capture the information from the tables, ORDHEAD, ORDSKU, ORDLOC, ALLOC_HEADER, and ALLOC_DETAIL;

D) Do a partial shipment into RMS with the Order receiving of the Physical Warehouse with 200 units.
  a. After the integration collect the ITEM_LOC_SOH of both VWHs, ORDHEAD, ORDSKU, ORDLOC, SHIPMENT, SHIPSKU, and TRAN_DATA.

Expected prorate distribution (ration 7:3 of 200):
Item quantity at VWH 1: 140 units
Item quantity at VWH 2: 60 units

Actual prorate distribution results:
Item quantity at VWH 1: 80 units
Item quantity at VWH 2: 120 units
