Error While Executing LoadItems Step In Ebs Full Download Workflow (Doc ID 2673622.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5.1 version, LoadData

When attempting to to load data running EBS Full Download workflow
the following error occurs at LoadItems Step

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Workflow Manager
2. Run EBS Full Download workflow
3. It fails
