Total Cost for 'To Location' and 'Primary' Currency Not Calculated on 'Transfer Details' Screen (Doc ID 2673623.1)

Total Cost for 'To Location' and 'Primary' are never calculated on Transfer Details screen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any transfer (can be mix currencies or the same currency).
2. Go to detail (Details button).
3. Verify that Total Cost column is calculated.
4. Change currency To Loc (More Actions -> Currency -> To Loc).
5. Verify that Total Cost To Location is not calculated.
6. Change currency To Prim (More Actions -> Currency -> To Prim).
7. Verify that Total Cost Primary is not calculated.
8. Change Unit of Measure to UOM (More Actions -> Unit of Measure -> Standard UOM).
9. Verify that Total Cost Primary is not calculated.
10. Change currency To Loc (More Actions -> Currency -> To Loc).
11. Verify that Total Cost To Location is not calculated.
