Unable to Create PO Via RMS UI

Error occurred during the creation of purchase order (PO) via User Interface (UI). This issue was not encountered prior to the application of patch RMS_16.0.2_CUMULATIVE_HF_APR_2020_2(Patch 31156283).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
2. Go to Orders --> Create Order.
3. In the Create Order screen, choose a supplier, select Not Before Date and Not After Date.
4. Select OK and notice the error.
