Symptoms

On : Oracle Application Access Control Governance

When attempting to restart application server
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error Key: DS10002
Message: Error in TCG Repo Health Check
Message: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 1, Size: 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigator > Manage Application Datasource
2. Select the Datasource > Click on Action
3. Ran the TCG ETL Sync job
4. Bounce the Application Server
