Record creation through CSV import fails without any error - Blank CSV Error File
ERROR

Import could not be completed. Do you want to download a file with errors shown?
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import csv file to create the record and observer the error as "Import could not be completed. Do you want to download a file with errors shown?"
2. Downloaded the Error file, But in that error file has no error message.
