Terminal Server Users Unable To Generate PDF Proof (Doc ID 2674224.1)

Users in office report issue when attempting to generate a PDF proof of a transaction. The box opens to display the PDF proof, the user sees the forms, and the PDF is gone. Only a gray box remains.
